How to cope when you feel overwhelmed

How to cope when you feel overwhelmed

Have you ever had days where it's all too much? Life just throws one thing after another at you.

Some people can get seriously #depressed about it all, some people become more #anxious as the #mind constantly tries to grapple with it all.

At times like these, using #FEEL4 methodology, you are #focusing (step 1) only on the #negative things. Just like the first Instagram photo (below) that shows the bunch of dried up leaves, you can easily start to think your life is burnt out, dried up, the situation is consuming you to think that is all you are and ever will be...

...but the opposite is true. Take a look at photo number two and you'll see those dried up leaves are still a part of something beautiful, something much larger.

If you can #learn (step 4) to constantly be aware your problems are miniscule in the greater scheme of the #Tao. The greater part of you is always connected to #love and #oneness. Zoom out of your #perspective and see the incredible world around you.

Life is what you #focus on and there are always beautiful views to see if you know where to look.
