Blessed with the challenges agoraphobia gives me

Being blessed with the challenges #agoraphobia gives me... Huh?! Did I just say "blessed"! Yes, blessed because dealing with fear has made me to be compassionate, loving and able to be an incredibly experienced #selfimprovement guru.

I have pretty much experienced every angle of fear and pain and at 45 I'm still standing, strong.

Today I woke up feeling fearful. Sometimes the feeling just takes hold of me. Naturally I begin to think what in my life is driving this feeling.

For me it is the pre holiday nerves. For someone who deals with agoraphobia leaving your home is one of the most challenging things.

Soon I'm travelling to a holiday rental. Therefore my mind tries to make me feel so fearful that I don't go. You see agoraphobia is a mental parasite that can only exist if you let it.

I have long since learnt (step 4 of #FEEL4) that you must feel the fear and do it anyway. This stops the parasite from growing.

I also woke up to an email from a client who is moving business. This news seemed to trigger more apprehension about the changing world I'm facing.

But seeing this caterpillar has reminded me that change is natural. It has and always will happen.

And like the caterpillar who is going to change into a beautiful butterfly 🦋 to fly into a new and wondrous world, this is true for all of us. Fear and change help shape our lives into something awesome. Know this, seize the moment and make the changes you feel work for you.
