How FEEL4 automatically improves everything you apply it to

In west Philadelphia born and raised on the playground was where I spent most of my days... Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool... And all shooting some b-ball outside of the school...

Okay sorry, this post isn't strictly about improving your basketball throw, although that is exactly what FEEL4 can do if that was your focus. And I don't think I am the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

No this post is more about showing the FEEL4 virgins some more factual proof that they should be using the four step formula in their every day lives to improve and enhance whatever it is they are doing.

In the following case study I used the formula to develop some info videos.

The four step path I wrote down last night in my FEEL4 Journal was this:

FOCUSI am focusing on creating a short FEEL4 info video that will explain to people (new to the concept) what FEEL4 is all about - and I want to create the video by the end of the day.
I energized myself as follows:

ENERGIZEI feel energized to create this video because it will mean I can spread awareness to more people more easily. This means that FEEL4 will be more likely to be seen and used by like minded people who I will love to connect with and help them succeed. It also means that I may generate more website traffic from people who are interested to find out more. I may even get some more book sales which means a growing bank balance which means I can help more people improve their lives. If I can specifically help people who are dealing with challenging situations then I will feel amazing. I am also making sure my body is feeling energized to do this video task by filling it with a healthy smoothie.
Then I set about listing the actions I needed to engage with to get the video created and published.

ENGAGE & LEARNI am engaging with and learning from the following actions:

1. I am engaging with creating a storyboard that maps out the scenes of the video to last under 3 minutes.

1.1 - I learnt that I could use Microsoft PowerPoint as both my storyboard and as my video content creator (I can generate videos from a PowerPoint presentation).

2. I am engaging with uploading the video to YouTube on my channel.

2.1 - I am learning that I must have a better quality assurance process as the first video I did had a few spelling errors and words which needed amending. It also doesn't help to work too late at night when my mind is tired.

2.1 - I am learning that it is hard to find good music which suits the spirit of the video and the animations. I found THIS MUSIC TRACK WEBSITE to be a good alternative to the YouTube based tracks but you need video editor software to be able to merge the video and the audio.
This video was the result of my first attempt:
It was basic, it was okay, but I knew that FEEL4 leads me to improve on something I have achieved if I go back through its four steps and so I did.

This is the path I took the second time around.

FOCUSI am focusing on improving the short FEEL4 info video I created yesterday which explained to people (new to the concept) what FEEL4 is all about - and I want to improve it by the end of the day. ENERGIZE

I feel energized to create this video because it will mean I can spread awareness to more people more easily.

I also am excited to see how an improved version feels and looks compared to the first video. [Note how the energizing factors stayed mostly the same, but I added an extra one relevant to the new refined focus]

ENGAGE & LEARN

I am engaging with and learning from the following actions:

1. I am engaging with listing out what I can do to improve my video and make it more visual.

1.1 - I learnt that the best thing I could do was to use the animation options of Microsoft PowerPoint along with some cartoons to reflect what the words alone are trying to explain.

1. I am engaging with adjusting the original PowerPoint to incorporate the new cartoons.

1.1 - I learnt that an internet search can provide you with so many commercial use free icon packs which you can use as cartoons for your video. I settled on these two websites [IconFinder and FlatIcon] as my preferred cartoon and icon suppliers.

1.2 - I learnt that I love doing creative work.

1.2 - I learnt that I love doing creative work and I love the improved version.

2. I am engaging with uploading the video to YouTube on my channel.

1.2 - I learnt that YouTube background tracks can disappear from the available list to choose from. This means they cannot be used again and so you have to be careful if you need to upload the same but newer version of a video, as you may not be able to use the same music as your first one!
Here is the final video:
...and even this one is likely to get improved and the cycle may go on an on; all the time the video is improving and suiting what visual is needed at the time of creation.

Final Notes...

I hope you can see how I genuinely apply FEEL4 to enhance and improve everything I do. The brilliant thing is that the more I am using the four step formula the more my brain automatically and rapidly finds solutions I might otherwise have overlooked. FEEL4 has provided my mind with a structured way to look at the world. I suppose I have developed a third type of FEEL4 sight that means I am constantly focusing, energizing, engaging and learning everything and anything.
If I was to play basketball again I would certainly focus on my grip and aim, energize myself as to what it would feel like to see the ball going through the hoop and then engaging by throwing the ball. Most importantly I would learn what I can do better the next time I throw the ball. In time I am sure I will be throwing trick shots!
I can't wait to hear how you get on with the formula. I recommend reading the book first as that enables you to carry it with you wherever you go and dip in and out of it like a manual until you feel you can practice FEEL4 without it. Although I always still like to use mine.
