In FEEL4 methodology “Health” is the most important part of The BIG 3. It is the primary category you must focus on improving if you want to succeed in the other categories of your life (Wealth and Relationships).

Why? If you are in poor health then how the heck can you climb a mountain, have the stamina to sit at a computer and project manage, or cook dinner for your family (all other life examples also apply). Okay yes those were utterly crap examples. But you get the idea. Health is the true wealth.

So cue Dr Steven Gundry. This is quoted from his About website page:

In the video Steven talks about how modern society is completely brainwashed by what it thinks is good to eat. For example. Did you know that pigs and cows have a different animal protein (Neu5Gc) than humans do? This means that the wrong meat can have a negative effect on our own digestive system and health. If you have watched the video you will hear so many other examples. The point is, many of us fill our stomachs with food we “think” is good for us but it isn’t. This is why all of these weird illnesses are occurring in humans today and are not easily diagnosed.

It is weird to think the saying “Follow Your Gut Instinct” was spot on. If you want to make sure you are at your healthiest, make sure what you eat is right for you.
